My family and I each had our passports in hand as well as the barcode of the boarding pass; I opted to print out mine.Mine wasn't very comfortable.

Disappointing Experience-Profiteering over Quality

My recent experience on Royal Caribbean's Voyager of the Seas was extremely disappointing. From the moment we boarded, it became evident that the primary focus was on upselling and extracting as much money as possible from guests, rather than providing a quality vacation experience. Everything seemed to have an additional cost, from basic amenities to activities that should have been included in

This was our first time on Royal and in the Mediterranean so was unsure exactly what to expect. My husband and I were both very happy with our cruise and would do it again without question.Embarkation: It took all of 10 minutes from the time we arrived at the Port in Ravenna until we were on the ship. We quickly did our muster and had lunch at the buffet. It couldn't have been any easier or

We booked the cabin for 3 people with 2 beds and pull-out sofa. Instead we saw in cabin one big bed, with towels and glasses for 2 people. When we went to complaint to the manager Mario ( I believe) he told that he would try to find cabin we paid for so we came for 4 hours every time to stay half an hour in the line to find out that he did not find accommodation. On top of it my friend's luggage

As seniors with 21 cruises behind us, and having been on the Voyager previously for 2 short cruises, we booked our first trans Atlantic, repositioning cruise, for the experience and the lower cost per night. Being central Texas residents made sailing out of Galveston convenient. We stayed the night before embarkation at a La Quinta hotel near Hobby Airport in Houston, parked our car across the

Seasoned cruiser with 15+ cruises under my belt. Had a free cruise compliments of the RCL Casino, took the 4 day on from Galveston to Cozumel and back.Room - we are balcony people usually, but we didn't win the Royal Up this time. We got an inside room. It was in an inside hallway -- and we LOVED the location. Near the elevator, but crazy quiet. No kids running back and forth, which was

A mostly introverted review

To start off, I'll tell you a little about myself to give context to this review. I'm 46, gay, married, and I'm about 70% introvert. This is my 12th cruise, and my 3rd on RCCL. My favorite line is Celebrity, because I like being quietly pampered and relaxing. But I also really like Royal Caribbean's fun, friendly vibe. On every cruise I've taken, even cruises bad enough that I've rejected

This was my first cruise. I had a seasoned cruiser leading the way. She made all the reservations for our group of 7 girls. The food was good. Not blow your socks off amazing, but good. We ate dinner in the dining room each night and the Windjammer buffet every day for lunch. The buffet is huge, too many choices. So it's great for picky eaters. I thought the buffet food was good. My ONLY 2 issues

A basic cruise that went just as expected. This is not the largest or fanciest cruise but it is well maintained. The itinerary is what you can expect from a four night cruise. We ate at the Italian and chops specialty restaurants and the service in those was great as was the food. It was very pricy in there though and they do try to sell you a picture in those restaurants. The buffet was

This cruise was out of Galveston so we could drive to the port. Our daughter alerted our family to the "kids sail free" special so there were 8 adults, and 7 children: 11, 8, 6,5, 2 1/2, 16 months and 11 months. They discovered that "any time dining" meant that you could not go to the dining room until 6:45 p.m. or later and a reservation was required. The buffet did not have a kid friendly
